WELCOME TO HEALTHY STEPS

 

We all have heard of the many health benefits of exercise, but sometimes our busy lives can get in the way of taking care of ourselves.  It is my passion to help people of all ages to make healthy nutrition and fitness an important part of their lifestyle.

 

Based on your initial assesment, I will custom design a program that will help you achieve better strength, endurance, balance and health. If weight loss is your goal, I will set you up with a program and hold you accountable to your workouts and what you are eating so you can lose unwanted body fat.

 

Learning to exercise on a regular basis and plan healthy meals, will allow you to feel the positive changes happening in your body. My job is to get you started on the right path to achieve your fitness goals. Once you get there, I will teach you how to maintain your fitness and keep in a healthy lifestyle.

First of all, I am a native Astorian and love living here. I have been teaching fitness in Clatsop County for 36 years. I have 22 years experience as an ACE Certified Personal Trainier and 12 as a Health Coach, I am highly qualified to implement training programs and teach my clients how to live healthier lives.  I work with all ages and have many senior clients of whom I work with to improve mobility and balance. I keep my certifications current and continue to learn more each year as the trends change and fitness evolves. I LOVE MY JOB!!!
